OnePlus 6T - Justifying the rumours

The OnePlus 6T was launched yesterday, and looks like everything that we thought were rumours came as true.

So almost every rumours  that i posted in my last OnePlus 6T post were true. You can check that out if you want - OnePlus 6T gets a leak

So this phone packs a Snapdragon 845 like every other flagship launched this year, with Adreno 630 GPU and 6/8GB of RAM. Internal storage is going to have two options, that are 128/256GB without any expandability as before.

It rocks an Aluminium frame with glass back, and an 6.41 inches 19.5:9 optic AMOLED display with a water drop notch and a resolution of 1080 x 2340 and screen density of 403 ppi. It also has an In-Display fingerprint reader which is much faster than Vivo Nex and Oppo V11 pro or any other phones with In-Display fingerprint reader in the market and yes the 3.5mm headphone jack is gone.

It runs on the latest Android 9.0 Pie with Oxygen OS, which doesn't gives you any useless bloatwares.

The camera is the same as the OnePlus 6, with a 20MP (f/1.7, 25mm wide, OIS, PDAF) + 16MP (f/1.7, 25mm wide, PDAF) which can record 2160p at 30/60fps, 1080p at 30/60/240fps and 720p at 480fps. And the secondary camera being a 16MP (f/2.0, 25mm wide) shooter.

The Battery has been increased from OnePlus 6's 3300mAh to 3700mAh which you can charge super quickly with the 5V 4A 20W charger that comes in the box unlike Apple.

The Phone comes in two colours, Midnight Black and Mirror Black.

OnePlus 6T has done done the same pricing as the OnePlus 6, with a starting price of 37,999 for India and $549 for USA.

So here's the conclusion, if you're planning on buying a new phone and this phone is in your budget then definitely go for this phone or if you own a OnePlus 6 and are thinking of upgrading, then this is definitely recommended.

Only things that OnePlus 6T misses is the IP certication and a wireless charging, which i think they could've done as it has a glass back. But either way it's a great phone.
